Student Agency in Translator Training: Setting a Framework for Good Practices

چکیده

Both teacher and student agency have been discussed researched for quite some time in different learning contexts. Here, I will present a general framework pedagogical practices that enhance translator education by promoting defined as the process through which learners become capable of strategic actions form basis autonomy confidence their own proficiency effectiveness. suggest how collaborative situated can interact to provide students with professional relational skills set development autonomous learning. This combined approach involves acceptance use planned spontaneous opportunities embedded contextualised activities, tasks, projects. Some practical examples illustrate main points.
